22. Using MS Excel, create a customer database with at least 10 entries, with screenshots to document and show your progress

A customer database includes lead contact details and additional data such as demographic characteristics, profession-related characteristics, buying behavior, and firmographics for B2B clients (Zhostka, 2022). It is a must have for any e-commerce website to gain and retain customers including making tracking orders easier.

A screenshot below shows a simple customer database for my website. 



Finally, the following picture shows the details of my product database advertised within my website.

 Meta Tags The <meta> tag defines metadata about an HTML document. This metadata is not displayed on the page, but is machine-readable. It is used by browsers to determine how to display content or reload a page, by search engines to identify keywords, and by other web services  (w3schools, 2019).
