Effective customer communication is essential for businesses to succeed, yet many face obstacles when attempting to implement it. A common issue is failing to solicit customer feedback, which makes it difficult to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, businesses often lack a clear way for customers to contact them. Creating a website with a contact us page and form can help address these issues. Contact forms can help businesses acquire leads, close sales, and provide excellent customer service (Strehlow, 2020).

The above resulting screenshot included the essentials to contact the business in a simple layout. The page is separated into sections and includes the business logo for a welcoming feel. A contact form is provided for the customer to fill.

We are going to review and compare 2 websites selling energy drinks. Firstly, we have https://www.lucozade.com/ . The page features a minimal look with a large product image and clear description. The price and quantity are enlarged to gain attention of the user as it is one of the most important part of a e-commerce website. The product page also has a promotion banner with free delivery and another stating reliable delivery and easy returns. (Lucozade, 2023) Secondly, we have https://www.yourcoca-cola.co.uk/monster-energy-12-x-500ml/ . The page is similar to the previous, however this page contains more information like reviews about the product by customers, subscription and discounts for subscription , recycling banner for packaging and a product overview about the item.
