1. Welcome Post


Welcome to my ecommerce blog. I am excited to share my insights and research on all things related to ecommerce throught my module. In this blog, I will be posting about topics related to Computer Science. All of the posts are for educational purposes only. 

I had extensive experience with a variety of software related to electronics, the web, and audio/video, including Arduino, IFTTT, Adafruit, Betaflight, Adobe Premiere, Sony Vegas Pro, GIMP, Cpanel, WordPress, etc. Additionally, I used Arduino hardware and FPV drone hardware to learn how to create IoT devices and drones.

The knowledge I have acquired in the past, combined with the skills I will gain while at DMU, will help me to further my expertise in my chosen field of computer science.

Here you'll find a variety of content related to ecommerce. I shall be regularly updating the blog with new content until the end of module.

17. Document the process of creating/editing your Wix website contact form, justifyimg your thought process and decision making

Effective customer communication is essential for businesses to succeed, yet many face obstacles when attempting to implement it. A common issue is failing to solicit customer feedback, which makes it difficult to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, businesses often lack a clear way for customers to contact them. Creating a website with a contact us page and form can help address these issues. Contact forms can help businesses acquire leads, close sales, and provide excellent customer service  (Strehlow, 2020). The above resulting screenshot included the essentials to contact the business in a simple layout. The page is separated into sections and includes the business logo for a welcoming feel.
